Caller introduced themselves. Said they were from National Broadband Network, and said they were investigating recent problems with my connection, which I had in fact been having. He knew my name, which was disturbing when I thought about it as the account isn’t in my name but my husband’s. I got suspicious and said I had to go and to call me back. They didn’t.
