The caller said she was from Telstra. I told her I don't have Telstra and she hung up on me. It is definitely a scam.
Just had the same thing. They said they'd received some notifications over the last few days and noticed my something (IP address maybe) was dropped from private to public. I said I don't have internet with Telstra and he said "uhhhh, ok" and hung up.
Sounded like a scam. Answered the call, it took a while to connect. The caller tried to convince me that the call was about Telstra internet. I hung up.
