If you suspect fraud on your Telstra account, report it to Telstra for investigation.

For Android users, forward the message to 7226 (SCAM) and then delete it.

Received a call from this number at 12:02 pm on 27th May 2024 with the caller saying they are from "Telstra" in Melbourne and to advise me that "Telstra" have received reports that my internet is running slow. Wanted me to do a speed check which I did and the caller hung up on me. Please note Telstra will NEVER call a customer to advise their internet is running slow. Don't fall for it. Don't let them into your pc.
The caller claimed to be from Telstra, stating that my IP address has been exposed in public mode recently and they could assist me in changing it back. However, I do not use Telstra as my internet service provider.
