The phone rang. I said "Hello" a couple of times. There was silence at the other end for a few seconds and then a beep followed by a recorded (or synthesised) female voice saying "Goodbye". The other end then hung up.
Probably a Wangiri call, where they hope that you are intrigued enough to ring the number back (and then be charged premium rates while being kept on hold for as long as possible).
