What Our Users Reviewed
I received a robo / auto-generated recorded call from this number, claiming to be Visa or a representative thereof, and that a credit card charge had been made on “your card”. Obviously a scam: I of course disconnected immediately.
Always contact your card issuer on the number provided on the card or product disclosure if you have any concerns. Savviness is a better defence against scams then automatic trust.
I got a call from this number featuring a recorded message claiming to be from Telstra, stating that my mobile service would be canceled. They asked me to press "1" for English. After I pressed "1", a person answered speaking in what sounded like a foreign language, and when I asked if he spoke English, he hung up. I don’t even have a mobile account with Telstra!
A robo-voice claiming to be from Visa and that there are two unusual charges on my card. I monitor my accounts carefully and know this is a scam.
