Scam caller claiming my Telstra internet privacy had been breached I said I don’t use Telstra and hung up. Poor old people who may not know it’s a dodgy call need to warn my parents more often!
I always prefer to call Telstra back directly when I receive similar calls. Most of the time, the callers hang up when I mention this.
I received a call from someone identifying themselves as Telstra. When I asked for more information about their offer, the caller insulted me by calling me a "f$^&% iiot" and then hung up. This behavior seems very unprofessional and raises red flags.
I spoke to someone who claimed to be from Telstra, but I strongly believe they were a scammer. The call ended when I confronted them about their legitimacy.
Scam. Saying they were calling from the National Broadband Network.. From Telstra Optus…

Scam caller claiming to be from Optus. Normally my scam caller claims to be from Telstra. Hung up when I asked him what he wanted.
The caller claimed to be from Telstra Internet, but I do not have a Telstra Internet account. When I pointed out that it felt like a scam, she responded defensively, asking, "How could you say that?" 🙄
