When I returned the call, the person on the other end sounded suspicious and likely to be a scam caller.
The caller claimed to be from Telstra discussing my internet connection. When I informed them that I was not a Telstra customer and was satisfied with my current service, they hung up immediately.
Someone called claiming to be from Telstra, stating that my data was being hacked and that they wanted me to click on an application form they would send me. When I requested a reference number, they provided me with a phone number instead. I told them to go scam someone else before hanging up!
