Scam call. It told me there was a transaction to Alan Ricketts on hold for security reason. It asked me to call this number if I did not attempt to make that transaction.
I called and it was quickly answered. The person sounded like a bank staff, asked questions that a bank would ask for verifying identity, such as balance on account, latest transaction, private info etc.
It. Sounded weird. I then call HSBC to verify that number. Then told me that was not a number of HSBC.
Be careful!!
