Scumbags.
'David Loro' from 'Telstra'. Gave his employee number as D1H5965 and my confidential case number as INC202H5961. Insisted that I write those down and read back to him. Informed me that bad people from overseas have been using my internet and he would help stop that. Took a full 5 minutes before he asked me to hit Control R on my keyboard, at that time I asked how many people he'd scammed today and he then told me to F*** off and hung up.
