I missed the call, but on calling back, the scammer answered my call immediately, within a second, mentioning my first name and date of birth. (Seems they use a pretty decent call management system and have a whole lot of personal info about us). Her accent was that of a Pinoy. She wanted my partner to come on the phone and get some details. When she realised that the bluff was called, she abruptly ended the conversation, said good bye and hung up.
This number rang, hung up as soon as I answered. Then, silly me, I called the number back and they had my name and apparently I won a trip to Florida. Never entered a competition for a trip to Florida but gee it’d be nice.
