This all about online trading scam. Beware with named BINARY. They "eat" me last year. Anybody can ask which one brokers is legit as I know.
Scanmers. I just took a call from this number in Sydney 0284973371 and they say they are from Telstra. They are definitely from overseas with a sub continent accent. They explain that a hacker has your IP address and your Telstra internet will be disconnected. They ask you to get in front of your computer and they transfer you to their technical department and explain that the "head server" has also been affected. Once I asked some intelligent IT questions they hung up.

Yes 1 call from male caller, sounded like indian accent, saying his name was David Williams and that we had an infected virus and he wanted to show me how to fix this by me going in front of my computer. Said he was from Telstra. He said he was calling from Melbourne, and I mentioned his number came through from Sydney and he said, yes this was from the headquarters switchboard. He eventually hung up as I kept asking him questions.
