I agree, since I have sent details to FTO (shark tank);caper, I've had nothing but constant harassment with this land line number, they do not say anything but just listen... Really weird.
This is scam. I tried to call back and there was music and then they hang up do not ring back block this number and do not give any details about your bank records or your name or your surname.
