There was a delay in the greeting when I answered, and the caller claimed to be from Amazon. I suspect this may be a scam call.
When I answered this call, there was a delay of a few seconds before they connected. The entire situation felt very suspicious and untrustworthy.
This number called and tried to extract information related to my Amazon account. I went to the account and discovered that 4 iphones had just been put into my basket to be purchased from my account. I cancelled all purchases and reported the scam to Amazon.
