Got a call from A Seniors Wellness Centre asking detailed health question. They were suggesting I buy a very effective oil that would be good for arthritis, foolishly I gave my Bank card details. I felt it was a scam and immediately cancelled my card. I prided myself on being aware of people like that, however 'Victoria' was very convincing and I got taken in. There is no fool like an old fool.
I have had 2 phone calls from Amanda at this # offering the same “special “ discounted deal after much twoing and frooing we finally agreed to oil plus suppliments for $89.95 when I inquired about whether goods had been ok’d for human consumption in Australia she said “ it doesn’t need certification as it’s a natural extract “ This raised an immediate red flag as anything consumed must be certified by Australian Government.
Definitely a Scam, report it to Dept of Fair Trading.
Called by Victoria Davis from Vivid Lifestyle and Health Centre. Same M.M as others, gave a lot of advice, offered a free sample of one months supply with no contract, the tried ti insist on the credit card number. By the way, the price went down to $89.95 for two boxes of Fenugreek seed oil, tho the quantity in the box was never mentioned.....
Still getting calls from Annie about Fenugreek Seed Oil and got shocked when I refused to buy any.. Told her don't ring back. Now waiting she is suppose to ring today after chasin me all weekend. Very pushy and tied to send the caps after I said NO. Iam on the DO NOT CALL REG too.
Caller (Steve from Sydney) almost had me convinced he was doing "Health Checks" by phone for the Government... Asked me a lot of Health questions and then the push for "Green Life" Supplements came and my penny dropped... Said he was from Vivid Lifestyles and a 3o day trial was going to cost me $69.00 ....
This number calls nearly everyday, goes by the name of Nicole. My mum nearly gave her bank details over the phone. I believe it's a scam, she claims to have gotten our home number from the woman's health group, but my mum has never registered for such thing. Selling the Greek seed oil.
My mum got a call.. They say they want to help pensioners.. Price was $60 for fenugreek caps instead of $100. This is a sales scam.
Niki Davis has rung us a couple of times from this number telling us about a nationwide health campaign and after a very nice conversation and giving us health advice she wanted to sell us some expensive fenugreek seed oil which apparently is on special at the moment for seniors at $ 48 (instead of $ 70 something) for 60 capsules. Definitely far overpriced!!!!!
