I told him I wasn't and he asked if any of my family members were involved in an accident. When I told him that no one was and im confused by his call, he said ok bye and hung up. This is definitely a scam because I don't own a vehicle and have never been in a car accident.

I grilled him for information on how he got the phone number. Asked for a reference number as he said it was supplied by the RTA (even though its TMR in QLD) I told him this doesn't sound anywhere near comprehensive enough to be what he was claiming. He hung up and I tried calling back to a disconnected number. I swear one day I'm gonna find these thieving f@#$% and show them what I think of their antics. I will get my compensation by way of their teeth scattered across the road from what ever hole they're hiding in.
