My dad who is 83 had a alert sign come up on his computer and blocked him from the screen and said to call this number so windows could fix the problem for him he called the number had no answer and they called him back and said they were from windows and he needs to have his computer fixed it will cost him $750 for them to fix forever the person on the line was a male from India and was very nice and spoke like a technician and said give me your bank details and I can fix the issue forever for you. My Dad gave details and then told me and I got him to ring his bank and put a hold on all accounts and changed all his details and cards to stop any payments he now gets a black screen coming up saying he has been hacked and needs to contact this number again for windows to fix.... This is very dangerous for people who are unaware of what these people can do to them. I have now fixed the issue with Ctl Alt Dlt 3 times and changed all computer passwords for him so this seems to have fixed the issue..... Be Careful this is a good scam very scary.
