Called a few minutes ago on my landline. No response to my "hallo's". When I rang back I heard a recorded message from Charity Prime and was promised to be called again in future. I strongly suspect the caller is hoping to talk to someone older (with a weak voice) hence my advice: when you answer such a call change you voice to sound harsh and strong.
