Her number is on the ACMA's Do Not Call Register so they made a claim they were an existing supplier. I tried to call the number back and cancel the appointment they made for 27 April 2015 to come around to inspect. I can't cancel this appointment as I get a call failed message. I know I had the right number as it was displayed in the CallerID log and my telephone provider also confirmed the number did not ring when dialed in their own logs.
