I've been receiving random calls from this number as well. Probably twice a day for last few days. Hangs up as soon as I pick up the call. When I call them back it goes to machine answering.

I just received a call from this number on my mobile 10 minutes ago. I accidently declined the call and received a call back immediately after. I picked up and answered and she asked for my wife, I said to her she isn't here at the moment and she then asked when she'll be available. I told her she's away at the moment and won't know when she's back. She sarcastically says "Okay.. thanks for your help" and immediately hangs up.
I should mention that I've also been receiving these calls at least once or twice a week. Each time I answer they they hang up like previous comments here. Today was the first day I got a person speak to me but still have no idea who they are.
