I believe it is a spam number. I get calls probably twice a day and everytime they leave a message its either blank or an Asian man leaves a message saying something about fundraising. At first I thought it was Telstra and thats why I never answered but the next time they call I will answer and see if they tell me whats going on.

Dialled the number back. The number is from a company called 2evolve. Though I have no recollection of ever being in contact with them.
I'm assuming my details were procured from research or surveys, etc.
