Still an active number. Received a text from a company called ARL that I had a debt collection notice from PayPal. I logged into my PayPal account and no issues there. I called back the number for ARL who asked for me to verify all my personal details which I did not do. They said they could not confirm the matter without me confirming/providing personal details. However I could call PayPal to discuss the matter. They gave me the number 0282239500, which is not the number for PayPal. Scam!

Caller said it was PayPal and they had two suspicious entries for $ and $. Did I want to pay them or cancel them. I played on with the call while I looked up my bank and PayPal on the computer.
