Once you try to close the many boxes that appeared a recorder message insists to call that number for help. Disconnect Internet, close everything, turn off computer and start again.
If you want to piss them off, string them along for a while. Pretend to do what they are asking. When they finally start to get frustrated that they can't get in, ask if it is because you are on a Mac. They hate that.
