Got missed call, thanks everyone for the note, too much of this going on scammers getting desperate.
The voice was computer generated. It claimed to be from the ATO. Legal proceedings against me if I didn't reply on this number were threatened. I hung up and didn't ring back. All genuine communications I have with the ATO are directed through my accountant. It was clearly intended to intimidate the unsuspecting recipient.

SCAM CALLERS!!!! Received call from this number and let it go to voicemail. Voicemail was a computer generated message about a lawsuit being filed against me. Rang number back and after about 30 seconds of silence after call was answered a man with a subcontinental accent said it was from ATO and asked me to verify details. I hung up and called ATO on general enquiries number. Was definitely a scam as ATO confirmed no law suit and will send mail contact and myGov contact prior to any action being taken through courts.
