SCAM SCAM SCAM. They pushy too even when you call them on the scam!
Hi everyone today 03/03/16 these people called twice, first when I wasn't home and my daughter answered, and they asked her if any one in the family had a car accident and she said maybe and tild them mum is not home and they said they will call again. So when I spoke to him because the first one was a she. I said no one had an accident, what is the car model? He said we can't disclose this information I said no I am asking about my car model what is it? He said this information is not disclosed to us, there are $8000 sitting that was supposed to be paid to you but it didn't and I said no no one in the family g ad an accident.
We got this scamming company calling our phone number twice this week. I asked the guy to report to Police if there is any accident. Why call us and ask? Idiots! My number is not listed and when asked how they got the number from Australian Survey Department. These jokers should be stopped by telephone companies as innocent elderly people get scammed by them.
Annoying calls late in the day.
This person needs to be stopped. They keep tergetti g my elderly mother and saying she has been in a car accident which is false as my mother doesn't drive. Scammed needs to be stopped and the Telco need to track where they come from and blocked them.
Today(14/01/2016) at about 7.00pm I got a call from this number and exactly got the same story as others. When started questioning, she apologised and hung up. Definitely a scam since call came after office hours (Sydney time around 8. PM).
Had a call from this number, woman with Indian accent who said she was calling from accident claim service. Sounded like a scam so hung up straight away.
Just received a call from this number. Same story he was from Accident Claim Services and someone had an accident at my house in the last two years. I asked what were the names of the people involved in the accident he couldn't tell me under the roads and transport privacy act I told him there's been no accident ever and he hung up on me.
Also got the scam call from this number. Quizzed the caller on why he wasn't dealing with my insurance and to provide further details of the "accident" that apparently happened some time in the last two years. Guy got aggressive and then tried to tell me that he was the supervisor and that his information was covered under the data protection act (a UK act not an Australian one). And eventually hung up on me. Will be investigating if this can be reported to ACMA or similar.

I got a call today from a man with an Indian accent saying that someone from this number was due some c0mpensation form an accident in the las.

Just got a call asking if a family member had a car accident late 2014 early 2015. I then asked for a date and she said in the last 2 years. I still said no how was the accident and she said the we got hit and asked for bank details to pay an insurance claim... dodgy.

This same woman's voice called today asking to speak to me using my surname. I said she is not here and she asked for a name of my family member. I did not reply and asked her what the call was about. She used some name of an Insurance Company I have never heard of and she said something about $8700 dollars owing to me or owed to them. I didn't listen and.

I just received a call from this number and was asked if I had received an insurance cheque for $400 another time I received a call asking if I had had an accident in my car and implying that I was responsible.
