I received a call from this number as well. A guy, who I believed to be Australian because of his accent, talked about my health insurance, and then asked for my details and credit card number.

I didn't give him my card number. He called back, but I didn't pick up the phone as I thought this must be a scam.

After that I was trying to re call him to make sure whether if it is a correct institution or a spam, all the calls ended without ringing (couldn't make a call).
