It’s a scam, called pretending to be Jetstar and told me I need to have my flight rescheduled. Knew my full name and date of travel and to the correct city. Didn’t give me a reason as to why the flight needed to be rescheduled. When the scammer realised there were multiple people on the itinerary, he said your flight is fine, don’t worry and hung up.
This number associated with Jetstar. They call to force you off a checked in flight as they have oversold. Beware! Do not accept. You don’t have to.
