What Our Users Reviewed
The response from this number is quite typical of other such calls.
Now a call from a (alleged) landline number would usually be from a company (as most people do not own a landline these days) and if it was from a company (other than a call centre), I'd expect it to be during business hours, which these calls are NOT. As I am not interested in calls from call centres so I can probably safely assume that whoever is trying to contact me, is not someone I am interested in.
My usual action is to hang up on the call immediately and call it back, but before I can call the number back, ANOTHER attempted call from that number starts ringing on my phone again.
So, I hang up on the 2nd call immediately and call it back.
The call back always gets through and is met with "your call is important to us", at which point I hang up.
I do not block the numbers, because I am not 100% sure the call is bogus, but interestingly calls from the number I have hung up on twice do not seem to call me again!
So, I figure that the callers from these numbers are not really that interested in me.
