Had the same experience but from (08) 6255 6931. Other calls pretending to be banks, PayPal etc arriving from 08 6255 9931, likely the same callers. They're always "spare" numbers.
When I answered this call, there was no one on the line. It was completely silent.

Scam caller, Indian bloke said his name was David, barely spoke English, Pretending to be the funding network offering business loans and saying my business was prequalified, but had zero details of what my business was or did. The funding network does not offer business loans. Just another pathetic attempt at a scam from an Indian call centre.
