They had a male australian recorded voice saying if you don't want them calling just enter the phone number they called you on and they will remove you from their list BUT it may take some time. What rubbish! More likely this would confirm that it is an actual person they've reached. Apparently, after reading some reviews on them, they are terribly crooked and make AGL look competent... Quite the achievement!!!
This number repeatedly rings but frustratingly does not ring for long enough to allow you to answer the phone. I would like to know who the number belongs to so that I could report/complain to the owner as I suspect it is a salesperson who gets paid by the number of calls made regardless of whether any contact is effected of not hence the ring and almost immediately hang up modus operandi. Annoying and time wasting and, if my suspicion is correct, dishonest as well.
