Today, I got a call from this number but didn’t answer. After a brief pause, a woman with an Australian accent introduced herself as calling from World Animal Protection to discuss animal cruelty. I told her I couldn't talk at the moment due to having food in my mouth, and she politely responded with "no worries" and hung up. I added this number to my contacts for recognition in the future.
