This phone number has received numerous reports indicating it is a spam number. It's so frequently flagged that Google phones will automatically label it as spam and prompt users to report and block it.
Voicemail is in Chinese.

A male with an Indian accent called, claiming to be from Telstra, and said they could see that I was experiencing internet issues. He asked several typical scam questions. When I confronted him, he responded with insults, and I found it laughable, telling him to go away before hanging up. This was definitely a SCAM!
An automated voice message warned me that my phone service would be suspended for the rest of the day.

Obvious pause while call connected not from interstate but from a “dashboard” typical of a scammer number with spoofing enabled.
Do not give any details to these people and don’t fall for them asking for “money” to solve your internet “problems”.
Claimed they were from Telstra and there was an issue with my IP address being pubic. When questioned which IP they hung up.
Definitely fraudulent/scammers - pretending to be from Telstra and trying to convince that IP address has been made public. When I argued and said "No thank you", they immediately disconnected.

When I answered the call, I could hear laughter that sounded like it was from a call center. The agent, who spoke with an Indian accent, claimed to be from Telstra and mentioned “unusual activity” on our IP address. I found it suspicious and hung up right away.
