Sharon called telling me that hackers had infiltrated my bigpond account and that she needed to suspend our internet for six months. When I told Sharon I didn't believe her she put me on to her supervisor Alex Bolton. Alex knew the initial to my christian name but not my actual name. Gave me the number 0280075565 to call back to confirm it was Telstra calling. Scammers!

I received a call from ‘Sharon’ at Telstra Bigpond. She told me my internet service would be cancelled for 6 months as there was a history of hackers using my IP address. She wanted to discuss various IP addresses and hacker locations with me. After some reluctance, she provided me with a phone number to call back on, which was 02 80075565. Upon calling the number back, there was no answer. I believe this to be fraudulent.
