0280075475 is a scam caller who makes false claims about an Amazon acct that doesn't exist and tries to entice you to contact them on a dodgy web site. I have received similar calls from all over Australia, they seem to be able to make it look like they are calling from different areas but their voicemails are all much the same. I recommend you ignore them.
