What Our Users Reviewed
ATO scam.
Missed call, they left mostly incomprehensible voicemail about tax "avoidation" (sic) & registered documents being returned unsigned.
Taxation Office Scam threatening arrest- such an old MO, but obviously still fools some people. I had fun returning over 30 calls to 0280073269, which they actually answer as the ATO, then ask for your name and TFN. They get nice and abusive when you suggest you know they are scammers, and from the number of times I called back and got a different operator, my guess is that their call centre has around 10 or so people with foreign accents, so obviously not in Australia. I reported it to the ATO, but nothing will change.
"taxation" recording with an American accent, saying I'm going to be arrested for tax fraud.
