Call from a female caller claiming to be from National Broadband Network because my modem was causing errors on the network I doubted her integrity thinking it was a scam and thought if money or bank details are mentioned do not give any further info. After listening to a convincing argument about my modem being faulty and asking me to ring back giving me her name and her id using the above number I followed through this made call sound authentic she then mentioned I would be getting a refund and that a technician would be calling to replace unit this Friday and could I give my bank details she claimed her honesty and I basically said no that the refund of $150 was not worth the risk end of review.
