Scam alert! I just received a message saying that I hadn't returned a call about taxation fraud and they had now filed a lawsuit against me. The ATO doesn't do this (I just had a look at their website - I was sure that it was a scam!) The number to call was 2 80068675, which I assumed was (02) etc. Don't return their call!

It claimed the tax office had tried to contact me on several occasions to no avail (I never received calls/letters). The machine then repeatedly asked me to ring back that number. I am guessing they are scammers.
