Exactly the same thing happened to me today. At first glance the email appeared to look quite genuine from post.xero. But I believe this email to be spam.
PayPal scam in email. Invoice for "bitcoin". Invoice has my real name (there was a leak or hack somewhere) but no other details. From xero. Com, reply to bogus email address.
