A friend of mine got called twice by this number; at 8::23 am and at 10:43 am;
The second time I was there;
I started asking her (yes, the same Indian lady who has been annoying everybody today!!!) her telephone number and employee ID, she said that she could provide those to me but that that was a one time opportunity to rectify the issue with the IP address of my friend's computer... I insisted in her exposing herself (asking details she obviously couldn't provide because she isn't' form Telstra obviously...) and in no more that five seconds she hang up!
So, these scammers have been active today...
Cheers,
Stefano.
Answered the call and they hung up. Then they rang again so I did not answer... No time for these calls.
Indian woman pretending to be a Telstra rep. Very abusive and pushing. SPAM call.
Call supposedly from Telstra - She said her name was Sarah Benjamin (I think that is what she said) I asked them why they are ringing me when I am with Optus - got an explanation that Optus was one of Telstra’s sub companies - called BS on them and this Indian woman started arguing with me. I told her the phone call was being recorded and to please stay on the line so the Fed Police can pinpoint their actual location - she got really abusive with me - at this point I called BS again and hung up.
2 missed calls from this number at 10:46 am sydney time, guessing its some sort of scam.

Horrible Telstra scam.
I received a call that was supposedly from Telstra, claiming there were issues with my internet connection. I didn't pick up, as I had received a call from the same number just two days prior.
Didn't leave a message. From sydney but I'm based in melbourne, most likely a scam.

Answered and hung up on me without saying anything.
Telstra SCAM.
I strongly advise against answering calls from this number, as it is associated with scammers.
This number called my mobile three times in one day. Each time I answered, there was a period of silence before they hung up. When I tried to call back, the tone sounded like it was busy or not connecting. This is likely a spoofed number and has been nothing but an annoying nuisance.
An overseas caller repeatedly contacted me, claiming that my mobile IP address was being misused. She wanted my assistance in transferring my IP to private. I've received multiple calls from different numbers associated with this individual. Each time, I ended the call and blocked the number.
I received a call where the person claimed that my private IP address had become public, which sounded suspicious. When I mentioned that my company is 25% owned by Telstra, the caller abruptly hung up, implying they may not have been genuine.
The number called me but did not leave any voicemail message. My antivirus software flagged this number as a potential fraud risk.
This call appears to be a scam originating from Telstra. The caller claimed that my private domain is now public and requested personal details.
