This is a scam call; they will falsely claim that you are subscribed to Amazon Prime services that you did not sign up for.
The caller claimed there was an unauthorized transaction on my NAB credit card. I recognized this as a scam and recommend ignoring such calls.
I don't use Telstra, so this call seems like spam or potentially something worse.
