I got phn call yesterday I couldn’t pick and got voicemail from this number mentioning that he got an issue about an arrrest warrant under my name! I think it’s totally bullshit. Should I report it to the police?

I got a call from this number 0280060478. I didn't answer it as it was an unfamiliar number. The caller left a voice mail message.
