When I called back I was advised that both an itunes gift card and an Amazon gift card had been purchased against my account over the previous two days. When I advised I had not initiated either transaction they told me I must have, several times. I then asked why were they calling me - he then explained the transactions looked suspicious. I asked if the transactions were suspicious and they were calling me to check them why was he insisting I made the purchases? This was beyond suspicious. I've been into my Amazon account - no such transactions appear. I've upgraded my password and two level sign in. This is clearly a scam.
