    Got a text from this number with an audio clip attached claiming there to be a lawsuit against me and if I don't call back I'd be arrested. Total scam.

    Just received mobile call. Computer generated voice purporting to be tax office. Usual threats of arrest, etc. I am a pensioner, haven't been registered with ATO for about 15 years!

    This is a scam. Do not give any information they pretend to me the ato tax investigating telling you that there is a warrant out for your arrest and that you owe money and that there was miss cacluatataion on your tax return. It's happened to me.

    Just had a call with recrded message saying they were from tax office and I had a debt and soon to be arrested and to call back on that number etc.

    SCAM.

    Did not return call. Checked ATO scam alerts and there were phone messages similar to mine but not from this number.
