'Mark Wilson' just called me from 0432 167 238 with same claim. I called Sydney number and they confirmed Mark's employee number 'mwt9804'. Then I called Telstra to check authenticity of 02-8005771. Telstra call center is close which makes sense for a Saturday arvo, but how come Mark works??? I won't call back.
