This caller informed me that I had won a new phone. When I mentioned that I was an ASIO member, the call cut off abruptly with a beep.
I noticed a scam alert regarding this number, so I opted not to answer the call. Thank you for the heads-up!

This caller is a SCAMMER! They called me at 8:30 PM on my business phone. They claimed that I won a phone in a competition that I never entered. They then offered to sell me a nuevo phone for half the price, which raised my suspicions.
I received a scam call on February 22, 2024, from this number, with the caller trying to sell me a mobile phone or tablet. This appears to be a fraudulent marketing tactic.
The caller offered me a free phone deal that quickly turned into a 50% phone upgrade offer. When I expressed that I found it rude to offer misleading information, the caller argued with me about what was rude and kept asking, "What is rude about a new phone upgrade?" I told them not to call me again and hung up, especially since it interrupted my workday.
I think this is a scammer trying to sell me a new mobile phone. The caller's speech was difficult to understand. I recommend adding this number to your blocked list.
