Received a call from this number, had a delay before switching over to a call centre operator from India. I thought he was trying to sell an upgrade to the "Hard Worker" system and he got frustrated when I didn't understand he was saying Hot water and hung up. Lucky me.

Obviously an overseas call centre. Addressed me by my first name and said they were offering me a new electric hot water system from the state government and wanted to know whether I had gas or electric. I asked which state and they correctly said NSW but I hung up on them anyway.
