I got messages as well and thought it was scam so ignored. However, decided to check with Dorevitch and indeed I had an unpaid bill because my insurance number was missing from a document when I gave blood last time, so they couldn't process this with the insurance and need to pay and then claim it back myself. I'd suggest to check with Dorevitch whether you have any unpaid bills instead of ignoring the messages. It could be scam as well, but better to check and make sure.

I received two texts messages in January, it was on 8th and 19th, asking to pay overdue payment.
Arma, hasn't tried calling yet, but they have been emailing me about an overdue Foxtel debt, and at the end of the email is this number, with a payment option.
