0279123209 is yet another number being used by the Wine Concierge Club. The last two digits change, the rest of the number stays the same. I have never had anything to do with this "company". Have never answered a call from them (I know who they are by ringing the number back with my caller I'd blocked) yet I get at least 4 calls a day.
