No voicemail message was left after this call, which leads me to believe it's just another scammer. I've taken the precaution to block this number to avoid future disturbances.

On June 12th, at 4:12 PM, I received a call on my landline during the King's Birthday holiday, which is a recognized public holiday. It seems highly inappropriate for a supposed charity to call on a holiday; hence, I strongly suspect this is a scam!
