I believe Samsung is collecting data through their phone calls; they call me every single day during work hours, which is incredibly annoying.
The caller claimed to be conducting a survey related to a recent Samsung repair I had. They asked several straightforward questions that seemed harmless. As an incentive for my participation, they mentioned I would receive an email with a 10% discount on Samsung products like Buds, Watch, or Gear after answering 5-6 questions. Overall, nothing seemed suspicious during the call.
I have been harassed by people calling from that number. Asking me to provide personal info for verification purpose in relation to my Samsung order that was never delivered (Samsung itself is ignoring complaints and requests for refund for months). I never provided the info because they were the one calling and should know what it was about. Now, in hindsight I realise and can definitely tell that it is a scammer. Lucky that I never give answer to anyone (whatever they claim to be - bank, Telstra marketing, whatever) when they ask me what my phone number is (hello, obviously? You call me!) email address, address, etc.

There is another pages where they claim to be from apple instead, and I noticed that, like me, this person had just had that apple phone repaired.

I received a call from Samsung Online Experience, which claimed to be contacting me regarding a recent purchase I made.
Scam call, pretending to be from Samsung Australia, asking for personal information including drivers licence, why would Samsung need my drivers licence?
I have been disregarding survey requests from Samsung via email regarding an issue with my phone. This number called me to follow up for feedback on the experience since I did not complete the online survey.
I'm starting to wonder if this call might be a scam.
I received a missed call from this number today. When I called back, it times out and I get the busy tone. Not once but three times. I believe it is a scam.
Caller states they are from Samsung, asks for full name, phone number and email address.
I enquired how I knew they were calling from Samsung and was advised it was regarding my purchase, they were able to tell me exactly what item I had purchased from Samsung online. I was asked to rate my purchase from 0-10. When I advised that it was a 0 because my item had not yet arrived, the caller indicated there were delivery delays (this information I understand to be true).
If this is Samsung - gees it seems dodgy though.
