I've been receiving these calls regularly for the past few months – all scams originating from India involving the same 'Hot Water' scam narrative. I have reported these numbers to various sites, but no action seems to be taken. It is time for the Australian government to address this issue, as many elderly citizens are being exploited significantly by these malicious callers.
I thought it must be a scam, because it called on Saturday at 3 pm. Being so suspicious and annoyed by bastard scam calls, I did not answer and and it did not leave any messages.

Scamer, info colector. Nobody will call you on Saturday or Sunday. Especially if you can hear an Indian accent.99% of calls with Indian accents are scams. Just hang and block the number.
My Telco advises that the number is disconnected, so it would seem to be related to a spam.
